Call to Adventure es un juego de mesa ambientado en los juegos de elige tu propia aventura. Los jugadores tomarán el papel de un héroe, que a lo largo de la partida irá superando toda clase de desafíos y tomando diferentes decisiones. Call to Adventure se presenta con un mecanismo único de lanzamiento de runas, en donde estas serán lanzadas a modo de dados para resolver los desafíos. Los jugadores empezarán la partida con varias cartas que representarán sus orígenes y a lo largo de la misma irán evolucionando y enfrentándose a diferentes desafíos. Estos desafíos, se podrán superar de varias formas, consiguiendo puntos de experiencia pero teniendo cuidado puesto que algunas experiencias negativas llevarán a tu héroe por el camino oscuro. El jugador que logre su destino, será el que gane la partida.
